Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the exterior of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
